Hey, I’m Floyd Buenavente. I’m a Google-certified Digital Marketing Strategist and SEO consultant based in Metro Manila, Philippines. For the past two decades I’ve been helping local businesses and everyday entrepreneurs turn their websites into their hardest-working salesperson.
The short version
So here’s my story. It starts in Cebu, where I first got curious about how the internet actually works, and how a single well-built page could quietly change the fortunes of a small business. That curiosity turned into a two-decade career in digital marketing, and eventually into a decision that shaped everything: going independent as a freelance SEO consultant so I could work directly with the people who needed help most, not just the biggest brands with the biggest budgets.
Truth is, what keeps me going isn’t rankings for their own sake. It’s what those rankings actually mean for a real person: a dentist who finally gets calls from patients near their clinic, a local shop owner who stops worrying about where their next customer is coming from, an entrepreneur who gets their time back because their website is finally doing its job. That’s the work I care about, and it’s why I treat every client’s business like it’s my own.
Off the clock, you’ll usually find me on the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu mats. Sounds unrelated to SEO, but it’s not. Both reward patience, discipline, and a willingness to keep showing up and improving, one small adjustment at a time. That’s the same mindset I bring to every strategy I build.
